Egile is the company where develops and manufactures aeronautical components and systems for engine manufacturers, OEMs or platform manufacturers. We also develop high-value mechanical solutions for the science, space, photolithography and particle therapies industries, as well as complete easy-open end systems for the metal packaging sector. With a long experience since 1990, our customers are leaders in their respective sectors, and we support them through specialised product/technology business units. The example of the air craft customers are AIRBUS HELICOPTERS, Rolls-Royce, SAFRAN, ITP Aero, Roxel, Pratt & Whitney, HEROEX DEVTEK. The metal packaging customers are Crown Group, Auxiliar Conservera, ArdaghGroup, Domiberia, Ball Corporation etc.

Efficiency
Easy-Open End producers have several requirements to achieve their goals. Tab stock downgauging, process control and end-product quality are among the most important of them. We have successfully implemented more than 60 Efficiency Improvement projects,focusing on improving the OEE of the conversion systems. Our design and Engineering team supports also our customers’ in house installation and fine tuning.
EOE Tooling
The tooling of the Easy-Open End conversion systems is the part of Egile Can Tooling’s nature. Since the very beginning, we have manufactured parts for metal packaging industry and 30 years later it is still a core activity driving our company. 20,000 parts manuafactrured every year for the key players all over the world. It encourages us to keep provising better products and service solution to the market

The Egile NonStock© concept was developed as a result of many years of cooperation with our customers. When it comes to servitization, the daily contact and unique requirements of each customer call for a dedicated proposal. In order to obtain high ROI, non-stop production lines, we support our customers in different ways: automatic spare parts management and dispatch service, a score repair production cell or clound-based control panels for their tooling.
